ONLINE STORE AND INSTORE PURCHASES – Firearms
** IMPORTANT **
We need to get the licence number of some customers due to their state restrictions for magazines and gun parts – VIC, QLD and NSW customers. TAS customers, we are required to send parts and magazines to your nominated dealer. Please provide your current FIREARMS licence number and expiry date when ordering magazines and any gun parts. Email admin@scoullersadlery.com.au a copy of your current firearms licence. We will not be able to send your order without this information. Grips, scopes, bipods etc does not need this info, only magazines and gun parts.
FOR NEW - USED FIREAMS, AMMUNITION & POWDER
Customer must be a holder of a CURRENT FIREARM LICIENCE.
Note: Ammunition must be picked up instore and powder must be signed for.
It is best to call us 07 4662 8416 to ensure the firearm, ammunition and powder is still available. We do our best to update items on this website when sold. We require FULL PAYMENT for any items under $701 and 50% deposit for items over $701, balance payable within 14 days or storage fees will occur.
We do not send or accept information to or from our personal mobile phones so cannot send you extra pictures this way. If you required us to take extra pictures we can email them to you, charges may apply to cover their labour and use of equipment.
ONLINE STORE AND INSTORE PURCHASES
It is best to call us 07 4662 8416 to check stock levels instore. We do our best to update items for purchase on this web page when sold. BUT there may be overlap from sold instore and updating web page. This is why our online store does not support payment online.

Layby Terms and Conditions (In Store / Phone Purchases Only)
ALL GOODS SOLD ON "LAY-BY" BASIS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Minimum Deposit of 25% of the total purchase price shall be payable at the time of the original purchase.
Fortnightly installments are to be approx 25% of the total value.
The balance shall be payable by fortnightly installments over a term of eight (8) weeks.
Any purchases cancelled shall be liable to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total purchase price which will be deducted from any refund payable on cancellation of the purchase. Any refund due will only be valid for cancellations made within the specified lay-by period. All cancellations made outside of the 8 week lay buy period because of non-finalisation, by management or by the purchaser, all funds paid to Scouller Saddlery for the relative lay buy will be retained by Scouller Saddlery, for administration, maintenance of the product, warehousing of the product, re-stocking of the product and re advertising of the product for re-sale, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.
Administration charges $33 + GST = $36.30 (minimum).
Cancellations due to LEGAL PRECLUSION shall, on written official substantiation thereof, be refunded in full.
Goods partially or wholly paid for will be stored by us for a period of 16 weeks at no charge. Thereafter a storage fee of $36.30 per month per firearm and $36.30 per month per order will apply. Unclaimed goods or goods not purchased in accordance with the these terms and conditions can be disposed of at Cleaver Holdings Discretion after the said 16 weeks to recover storage and administration costs.
Property in any goods supplied by Scouller Saddlery will not pass to the purchaser until such time as the goods have been paid for in full and all monies owed to Scouller Saddlery paid in full.
A Sale is a “LAY-BY” for All Invoices with outstanding Balances where a deposit has been paid.
Any items invoiced at discounted prices will revert to our standard list pricing if not paid for on or before the due date shown on the invoice.
